🌊 Lytham Gin - London Dry

This classic London Dry Gin is an ultra-small batch gin, handmade in Lytham's only craft distillery 

A unique flavour of zesty orange and spice, with 11 carefully chosen botanicals, including marsh samphire from Lytham Estuary

Mix with Aromatic Tonic and garnish with a slice of orange

🪺 Cuckoo Gin - Signature Gin

This Signature gin has a smooth mouth feel to aid those who like to sip. 

After a slightly sweet, piney juniper start, the flavour develops into citrus from orange, grapefruit and lemons - with a lingering taste of cinnamon spice and liquorice

Mix with Mediterranean Tonic & garnish with a slice of lemon

Ivy’s Signature is their flagship recipe

The botanicals reflect exotic flavours but are primarily sourced from the farm’s hedgerows, including lemon balm, stinging nettle, pineapple weed, hawthorn leaves, and dandelions
