This maverick gin features comforting spices and a rich Lancashire spirit, making it the first of its kind—truly a “rum do!” With its dark hue and powerful character, Cask 17 is cask-aged for 12 months in smouldered oak casks, giving it a mysterious complexity.

The quirky caramel notes come from dandelion heads hand-picked by Rob and Lizzie’s children over six weeks each year.
